Therapeutic Approach:

“You are not a mess. You are a feeling person in a messy world.” – Glennon Doyle

As a therapist, I find joy in helping you discover a healthy, fulfilling, and meaningful life. Over the years, I have observed healing occur within a therapeutic relationship where there is trust, humility, curiosity, and oftentimes humor; where your identities and experiences are seen and valued. I strive to understand and respect your nuanced cultural background as well as how you experience the systems we operate within. My practice is integrative, which helps me to tailor our work to meet your specific needs and goals. While I primarily utilize trauma-informed psychodynamic frameworks, I also draw upon cognitive-behavioral, somatic, and mindfulness interventions; providing psychoeducation and skills when helpful for you.

I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, reflect, engage in vulnerability, and challenge yourself to grow. While this process is rewarding, It can also be difficult at times. It takes courage to seek help, and I am honored to be here for you.
