You may bring your fee to each session to give directly to your provider. We accept cash, checks made out to “Crossroads Institute” and all credit cards. We are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross and Aetna, and accept all PPO plans as out-of-network providers. For insurance, we will bill your insurance company directly on your behalf.

Our office manager will work with you to obtain information on your coverage and copay, but please remember we pass on the information we get from your insurance company, and sometimes the information is not accurate. We encourage you to verify the coverage directly with your insurance company. Also, please remember that even though we interface with your insurance to make things easier for you, you are ultimately responsible for the costs of your care if your insurance plan does not pay.

Please note that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If your appointment is not cancelled at least two business days (48 hours, not including weekends) in advance, you will be charged $100 in missed session fee.
