“You can be whole and still discovering pieces of ourselves. Resilient and still sensitive. Learning and still making mistakes along the way. Growing and still working through grief. Healing and still need support.” – Alex Elle
I honor your decision to seek therapy. Therapy can be a space for you to work on what is no longer serving you, heal what is broken, learn from mistakes, and grow into the person that you love. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe environment in which we can walk together to explore significant events, relationships, patterns, and hopes. I integrate various approaches to fit your needs, including psychodynamic, attachment based, trauma-informed, somatic, Gestalt, and/or cognitive behavioral therapy.
For the last 10 years, I have worked with college students at Cal Poly Pomona. Populations of specialization included student-athletes, survivors of trauma, and neurodiverse individuals. I have worked with adults, children, families, and couples. My training included providing therapy and assessment at university counseling centers and community mental health. I earned my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute, master’s degree in Marriage Family Therapy from U.S.C. and bachelors’ in History and Asian American Studies from U.C.L.A.
