Therapeutic Approach: I approach therapy with a holistic, integrative approach that borrows from relational-psychodynamic and attachment theories, alongside emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques. I am comfortable working with various issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship/family concerns. I aim to provide a compassionate space where collaboratively clients find healing, growth, and discover themselves. Together we will address underlying emotional concerns, improve self-awareness and enhance relationship skills by exploring and understanding the root causes for your challenges.
Background: I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), an APA-accredited school.
