Psychiatry and Psychology Careers in California

Current Openings:

Position Overview:

We are seeking to hire full-time psychiatrists to join our growing psychiatry department. We recently hired a full-time Medical Director, whose primary focus is to provide direct leadership and oversight of the psychiatry team. This is an opportunity to join our group practice in the early stages of building out our psychiatry services and directly contribute to shaping the growth and future of this team.

Crossroads Institute offers a broad range of complementary services and encourages internal referrals, which we believe ensures continuity of care and allows us to take a multi-modal approach for each of our patients. Our team of clinicians have a proven track record of close collaboration across disciplines, including psychotherapy, psychiatry, and neuropsychological and psychological testing. We continually evaluate additional complementary services to bring on, and are focused on delivering care that meets the unique needs of our patients.

Our providers enjoy a collaborative, collegial environment with a strong focus on providing ethical and competent services to individuals, couples, and families. This is accomplished, partly, by our regular peer consultation meetings and case consultations, and an openness to innovation and creativity. Our focus on fostering clinical quality has led to a strong reputation among our referral sources, which has allowed new clinicians to consistently reach a full caseload in a short period of time after joining Crossroads.

The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced in outpatient psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based psychopharmacology, and seek to work within a multi-disciplinary group. We are open to candidates who have experience working with a range of populations. We are also open to our psychiatrists providing therapy to their patients should they choose to do so.

This position can be located at any of our offices and can be a hybrid mix of in-person and telehealth appointments.
