I am an Adult Psychiatrist as well as a Health Sciences Clinical Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. I approach mental health care by combining a blend of evidence-based lifestyle strategies with medication management. I have clinical experience and interest in helping with problems related to anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, and adult ADHD. I believe you can make lasting impacts on your physical health, relationships, cognitive performance and longevity by focusing on your mental health.
Following residency in the UCLA-Greater Los Angeles VA Adult Psychiatry Program, I underwent additional training at UCLA in psychopharmacology, cognitive assessments, and how mental health changes throughout adulthood. Before becoming a psychiatrist I attended Berklee College of Music (BA), the University of Pennsylvania (pre-med), and Sydney Kimmel Medical College (MD).
