Psychological Assistant

Shanley Newman, Psy.D.

Therapeutic Approach: The road to healing and insight can be complex at times, therefore my approach to therapy is collaborative and creative in nature. I work from a biopsychosocial lens, integrating interventions that are tailored to each unique client. This approach assists in guiding each client toward increased awareness of emotions and life experiences that may contribute to their current situation. Therapy is a process rooted in self-care and compassion. I hope to provide a comfortable, empathic, culturally sensitive, and secure environment for you to hone in on your strengths while reaching your therapeutic goals.
