I believe therapy offers a powerful opportunity to explore the origins of your patterns, understand how symptoms may have once served a protective role, and develop new ways of relating that align with your values and goals. I pay close attention to how identity, culture, and systems of oppression shape the way we see ourselves, others, and the world.

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory, with an emphasis on curiosity, getting to know the quieter or hidden parts of yourself, and fostering a collaborative space for meaningful, lasting change. I view the therapeutic relationship as a reflection of your broader relational experiences. In our work together, I strive to co-create a safe, attuned space where we can engage with the issues that challenge you – so they can be approached in new and more empowering ways.

While I work with a wide range of diagnoses, I conceptualize each client from a holistic and individualized perspective. I want to understand how you’ve come to be where you are, so that together we can figure out a path toward where you want to be.

Background: I earned my PsyD from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. My clinical experience includes working in community clinics focused on substance use recovery, adult outpatient individual and couples therapy, and supporting immigrant communities navigating acculturation stress. I completed my Pre-Doctoral Internship at the University of New Hampshire’s Psychological and Counseling Services, where I worked primarily with emerging adults. I have experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ communities on identity, navigating relationships, as well as emotions that come up around transitioning and gender exploration.
