Therapeutic Approach: I value the trust I build with my clients through the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and I work to create an atmosphere of respect, honesty, acceptance, and warmth. It is a privilege to be able to witness the growth, empowerment, challenges, and self-discovery of my clients and I consider therapy to be sacred work. I utilize a psychodynamic approach in my therapeutic work and have a warm yet direct approach. I specialize in relational work, internal family systems, and believe in a holistic approach to healing, embodiment, and self-acceptance. I work with a variety of mental health concerns and life struggles, such as:

  • Relationship and attachment difficulties
