Therapeutic Approach: Therapy is a journey built on a foundation of collaboration and trust. I strive to provide you a consistent, committed space based in warmth and compassion; a place you feel you can be your true self. You may be seeking therapy because you want to improve your relationships, gain a skill, or overcome obstacles to feeling or doing your best. We will, together, identify your areas of greatest challenge and collaboratively work towards noticeable changes by exploring your relationships and emotions, setting mutual goals, and working towards creating change you can feel.
I treat adults, children, and families. I have expertise in treating ADHD in both children and adults. I also treat a wide range of other difficulties including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, fear of flying, and difficulties with children and teens at school and home. My style is integrative from styles of treatment such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, existential, and relationship / psychodynamically focused. Part of therapy is also adapting and customizing treatment, at your lead, to best suit your individual struggles and life experiences.
