Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step—an invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with parts of yourself that haven’t had space to be seen or heard. Whether you’re carrying the weight of grief, navigating a difficult relationship, or seeking meaning during a time of change, it takes courage and a leap of faith to pause, look inward, and face what may have been long avoided. As a therapist, my role is to support you in that process with compassion, care, respect, and confidentiality.
I work with individuals, children, couples, and families using an integrative, relational approach. In sessions with children, I often incorporate play therapy, which helps them express and process emotions through developmentally attuned methods. My work is informed by psychodynamic theory, attachment principles, and mindfulness-based practices, supported by over two decades as a yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher. I also integrate somatic awareness, recognizing that the body often carries what the mind hasn’t yet been able to express. This approach helps clients meet their experience with more presence, draw on inner resources, and transform suffering from the inside out. As self-awareness grows, clients may discover a deeper sense of agency and the psychological space to move beyond black-and-white thinking, creating the conditions for greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, and mental flexibility.
I am committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and view the therapeutic relationship—grounded in attunement, trust, and collaboration—as foundational to meaningful change in the therapeutic process. I hold a master’s in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and completed clinical training at Hyperion Behavioral Health Center in Ojai, supporting individuals, children and families through trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges.
My goal is to offer a space that honors your experience, centers emotional safety, and meets you where you are—so real insight and lasting change can take root. Being trusted to walk with others on their path to healing and growth is a gift I hold with great care and integrity.
