Therapeutic Approach
I approach therapy as a collaborative and meaningful relationship, grounded in curiosity, care, and respect for each client’s unique lived experience. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and deeply human – one where we can attend to the here and now while also exploring deeper emotional and relational patterns.

My work is guided by attachment, existential-humanistic, and values-based perspectives, with a strong emphasis on authenticity and emotional attunement. I view therapy as a space to cultivate self-understanding, self-compassion, and choice, in service of helping clients move toward lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling.

Background
I earned my MA and PsyD in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School (Los Angeles campus). I have worked primarily with adults across the lifespan in a range of clinical settings, including medical and private practice environments. I completed my predoctoral internship at the Atlanta VA and have a particular interest in sexual health, wellness, identity, and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and relationships.
